Overnight Oats in a Jar

overnight_oatsOne of my consistent complaints from clients is that they are too busy for breakfast.  These oats take mere minutes to assemble and are a healthy breakfast waiting for you in the morning.  The jar can even be taken along to work, but please don’t eat and drive!  There are limitless different fruits and additions you can do with overnight oats.  Get creative and enjoy this delicious and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup quick oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut almond milk
  • ½ medium banana, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 4-5 drops NuNaturals liquid vanilla cream stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar
  2. Secure lid, give a good shake and/or stir and refrigerate overnight
  3. Delicious on its own or topped with your favorite nuts or granola
