Well, we all enjoyed the weekly menu planning so much last week, that we decided to do it again! I ended up spending a lot less time grocery shopping, with only one main shopping trip, which was a real time saver for me. It felt great to have a plan for the whole week. The only downside was that I decided the weekly menu without input from my kids, and I think they felt a little cheated. So last night, we all sat down together and put together the menu for this week. The kids were super cute and full of ideas, and each got to select at least one entree. It seems my kids and family eat so much better when they have a little input, do yours? I think we put together a pretty yummy line up. Here are the links to some of the recipes, in case you want to join us. I’ll post the others this week.
